Why is my payout request still pending
There are two reasons for this either you have not posted payment proof in forum or it is queded for payment (wait 30 days before sending support ticket)

Why is my deopsit not showing in my account balance straight away.
You have not filled in form when adding funds with your details and we cannot trace it until you send surport ticket
.
All deposits are made manually after confimed by admin team,
this can take upto 12 hours to be credited to your account.

Button to working for upgrade.
How to upgrade account:
Choose the upgraade you want.
Goto to your account page.
On left side choose ADD FUNDS.
Make your payment. Then send support ticket .Just say added funds for upgrade We will upgrade your account once payment checked.
